KELLY TEH
Musikgarten Certified & Licensed Senior Coach

Kelly Teh’s passion for music caused her to resign from the corporate world 20 years ago to teach Musikgarten, an early childhood education program from the USA. She firmly believes that Musikgarten is the ideal program for young children to start their musical journey.
In 2012, while attending a music conference in Australia, Kelly first encountered the ukulele and was enchanted by its sweet sound. In 2013, she founded the Malaysia Association of Love for Ukulele Music and organized various activities, including public performances, ukulele competitions, charity concerts, and educational tours to Japan, Taiwan, and many other countries.
Although Kelly was a latecomer to music education, she obtained her Diploma in Music, majoring in classical piano, at the age of 48. In 2017, she earned a degree in Arts Management from a local university, and she is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Music Performing at the University of Malaya to enhance her teaching skills. Kelly hopes to bring music lovers together through music exchange programs and other activities to foster an appreciation for music and keep the joy of music alive.
